Vesalius Continuum Conference Programme

Dear Attendees of Vesalius Continuum , 

a very big welcome from the Organizing Team to "The Vesalius Continuum Conference" which will commence 4 September 2014, next week !

We are looking forward to meeting you all. We believe this will be a very special event at a wonderful location!

Please find attached the final programme and some information on how to get to the Venue.

For the People who have booked their hotels through www.vesalius2014.synedry.com  IBIS site, a shuttle bus has been booked from your hotel to the Venue.

For the people who have booked privately, please make your way to the Theatre of Sarakinado, 29100 SARAKINADO, which is 6 km outside of ZAKYNTHOS, for 10.00 am 

Shuttle buses to Sarakinado Theatre on the 4th of September - on the first day of the Vesalius Continuum, are leaving from the following hotels, at the following times:

*Diana Hotel 09:05 (pick-up point: Solomos Square)

*Plaza Hotel 09:00

*Palatino Hotel 09:00 (pick-up point: Plaza Hotel)

*Strada Marina 08:50

*Phoenix Hotel 09:00 (pick-up point: Solomos Square)

*Zante Park (Laganas) 09:10

*Varres Hotel (Bohali Hill) 08:45 (pick-up point: top of the road)

Kindly assemble on time in order to be picked up. For the schedule of the rest of the days, you can be informed by the secretariat of the Conference in Sarakinado Theatre.

THE TICKETS: Your tickets for the shuttle bus can be collected at check-in at your hotel reception and will be provided in envelopes with the name of the person whose name is on the booking of the room. These envelopes will also include the tickets of your colleagues or relatives in the same room. Each ticket is individual and should be shown (but not given up) when boarding the bus.
